<p>The Vanguard® Australian Property Securities Index ETF (VAP) joins the Vanguard®Australian Shares Index ETF (VAS), the Vanguard® All-World ex-US Shares Index ETF (VEU) and the Vanguard® US Total Market Shares Index ETF (VTS), providing investors a low cost, diversified investment across major asset classes.</p>
<p>&#8220;With the launch of the VAP ETF today, investors now have the ability to buy a portfolio of Australian listed property securities in a single ASX transaction. Vanguard ETF&#8217;s are flexible, low cost investment vehicles that continue to grow in popularity as investors, advisers and institutions realise their benefits,&#8221; said Robyn Laidlaw, Vanguard&#8217;s ETF Product Manager.</p>
<p>Announced earlier this week, the Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF seeks to track the S&amp;P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index.</p>
<p>It is the lowest cost property ETF currently available for Australian investors at 0.34 per cent p.a.</p>
