The Vanguard® Australian Property Securities Index ETF (VAP) joins the Vanguard®Australian Shares Index ETF (VAS), the Vanguard® All-World ex-US Shares Index ETF (VEU) and the Vanguard® US Total Market Shares Index ETF (VTS), providing investors a low cost, diversified investment across major asset classes.

“With the launch of the VAP ETF today, investors now have the ability to buy a portfolio of Australian listed property securities in a single ASX transaction. Announced earlier this week, the Vanguard Australian Property Securities Index ETF seeks to track the S&P/ASX 300 A-REIT Index.

It is the lowest cost property ETF currently available for Australian investors at 0.34 per cent p.a.
