Mr Hoyle joins TAL Direct from Chartis Europe, where he was CEO of Chartis Direct for more than five years.

Prior to joining Chartis, Mr Hoyle held senior sales and marketing roles at AXA Sun Life, IMS Health Inc. and Barclays Bank. Mr Hoyle began his career in the advertising and marketing industries.

He has broad international experience, having worked in the UK, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, India and the Middle East.

Mr Hoyle started at TAL Direct on 16 April 2012 and is based in Sydney.
