Bonnie Boezeman AO, spent 12 years as Managing Director and Chair of Time Life Australia Pty Ltd and 23 years in international management with Time Warner Inc.  Ms Boezeman also held the position of Chair of PayPal Australia, a subsidiary of eBay Inc., for six years. 

She currently sits on the board Urban Growth NSW formerly known as Landcom and is Chair of both the Community Relations Commission and the  The Australian Technology Park’s Audit and Risk committee.  In total, Ms Boezeman has sat on more than 14 boards across funds management, insurance, retail, Defence Housing, events, property and gaming.

She is also the Managing Director of Business Benefits International Pty Ltd, which specialises in strategic and marketing advice.

Bonnie was awarded an Officer in the Order of Australia: AO in the 2003 Queen’s Honour list, the Centenary Medal from the Australian Prime Minister in 2003 and in 2009 was Knighted by Pope Benedict XVI, for contributions to the Catholic Church and World Youth Day.
