OneVue and Eureka Report expect to execute binding agreements imminently, subject to final negotiation. Although there has been comment in the media, certain other information about the arrangement is confidential between the parties. Details will be announced once the agreements have been finalised.

The negotiations have been in relation to OneVue’s subsidiaries providing Eureka’s subscribers with:

• Digital direct distribution
• Superannuation and pension plans
• Self managed superannuation fund services

Subject to execution of agreements, user testing of the service is anticipated to commence next month and Eureka Report will determine a public launch date.

OneVue has maintained engagement with its key dealer groups who have provided ongoing input to the design
of OneVue’s digital direct offering.

OneVue’s prospectus for its initial public offer of securities included in its forecast the expenses and revenue for
preparation for the arrangement. The arrangement is consistent with OneVue’s growth strategy described in the
prospectus. OneVue intends to give further financial guidance at or about the end of the financial half year 31
December 2014.
