Ms Hill is an accomplished director and senior business executive who has worked for many years advising public listed entities and privately owned businesses with an emphasis on growth.

Ms Hill currently serves as Director, Westmead Medical Research Foundation and is a Member of the Finance & Risk Committee. Ms Hill also serves as Company Secretary for Novogen Limited.

She was formerly a Board Member, Deloitte Board of Partners (Australia) and Chairman of a family company board.

Countplus Non-Executive Chairman Ray Kellerman said the Board welcomes the inclusion of Kate Hill, who, among her many business accolades, was the first female partner admitted to the Deloitte Australia Board of Partners (2000-2002) and the first female member of the Deloitte senior leadership team.

Ms Hill holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Following this appointment, the Countplus Board will have 6 Directors, 5 Non-Executive and 1 Executive Director.
