The Zenith website includes both a ‘public’ section that includes non-subscription content such as insights, Zenith’s investment research solutions, company information and subscription packages, as well as a subscriber-only Adviser Portal that includes the research application.

Visitors to Zenith’s website www.zenithpartners.com.au will notice a new login location that allows the user to sign into the familiar Adviser Portal.

The Portal itself is driven by a new website platform that will allow constant improvements over time, including new search functionality and flexibility in the way investment research is viewed and downloaded by Zenith clients.

Zenith’s website rebuild was led by Zenith’s Head of Information Technology Simon Hobman. “Our goal was to produce a website that improves the customer experience for clients and new visitors. The first version of our new Adviser Portal web app will enable us to deliver new customer experiences based on the ideas and feedback we receive.”

As part of the website rebuild Simon and Business Analyst Penny Hendricksen spent time with several Zenith clients exploring their needs and how to maximise their business efficiency. “This was an important step in developing a research website that directly reflects the needs and preferences of our clients.”

Zenith Marketing Manager Anthony Pesutto was also involved in the project “It was important through this process that we deliver information about Zenith to help advisers understand and explain to their clients how we support their advice proposition. Our new website also helps present our solution suite across investment research, managed accounts and consulting, with a more vibrant portal for investment thought pieces to provide an interesting and knowledgeable experience for visitors to our website.”

The website includes a feedback tab and Zenith encourages those visiting the website to provide comments that can help the research and investment solutions business continue to deliver an optimum website experience.
