Tesla’s widely-anticipated ‘Battery Day’ is coming up on Tuesday, Sept. 22, and investors and analysts expect a good show at the stock markets.

Kanish Chugh, Co-Head of Sales, ETF Securities comments: “Tesla will host a live webcast for the Tesla “Battery Day,” a first-time-ever promotional event linked to the company’s annual shareholder’s meeting at its Fremont, California, factory. We believe these announcements will reinforce Tesla’s position as a technology leader.

“Tesla recorded a 500% surge this year and, with its latest advances in battery technology, it is anticipated that the company’s stock may surge ahead on the stock markets.

“Investors can participate in this innovative stock and benefit from higher return by investing via these two ETFs provided by ETF Securities, which provide exposure to Tesla:

The ETFS Battery Tech & Lithium ETF (ASX Code: ACDC) offers investors exposure to the energy storage and production megatrend including companies involved in the supply chain and production for battery technology and lithium mining. The fund has a 5.93% exposure to Tesla as at 18th September.

The ETFS FANG+ ETF (ASX Code: FANG) provides investors simple exposure to ten global innovation leaders including Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google and Tesla. The fund has a 17.01% exposure to Tesla as at 18th September.”
