The TPT Fixed Term Fund aims to provide investors with capital stability and regular, competitive income distributions through investment in a diversified portfolio of instruments, including direct mortgages, and residential and mortgage-backed securities.

Despite a difficult 12 months in investment markets, the fund protected investors from the worst of the pandemic induced market shock, returning 1.5% p.a.* in the year to 31 March 2021, outperforming its benchmark index – the Bloomberg AusBond Bank Bill Index – by 1.39%.
