<h3>Coller Capital, a leading investor in the secondary market for private assets, has selected Equity Trustees to be the responsible entity of its new fund, the Coller Private Equity Secondaries Fund.</h3>
<p>Andrew Godfrey, Executive General Manager, Corporate and Superannuation Trustee Services, Equity Trustees said: “We are delighted to have been selected by Coller Capital as the responsible entity for this new fund. We look forward to an exciting and productive collaboration within this fast-growing asset class.”</p>
<p>The Coller Private Equity Secondaries Fund is an Australian managed investment scheme which aims to provide investors with a combination of attractive absolute and risk-adjusted returns, diversification, and the opportunity for more liquidity than traditional private equity funds. Available to both qualified retail and wholesale investors, the fund offers monthly subscriptions and redemptions at NAV and a lower minimum than traditional private market investments. Coller Private Equity Secondaries Fund opened for investment on 1 October 2024.</p>
