The Institute of Actuaries of Australia (ACN 000 423 656) (Institute) being a public company limited by guarantee, is required to hold an AGM within five (5) months from the end of the financial year (31 December). The ordinary business of the 2021 meeting will be to receive and consider the Financial Report and Council’s Report for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the Auditor’ Report thereon.
