<p>As Generative AI becomes increasingly embedded in the insurance and finance sectors, there are complex legal requirements that need to be understood and managed. Building on ANZIIF’s previous session, Preparing for a World of AI Part 1, this session will explore the legal and ethical aspects of using AI. Using an  interactive model of learning, participants can share their perspectives on various “real life” use cases. We will also provide a framework for managing the legal pitfalls to help ensure that AI is used in a way that is compliant and safe.</p>
