The role will see Ms Johns responsible for distribution development and coaching advice to the Australia-wide network of Advisers. With over 12 years of financial services experience, Johns most recently held the role of Senior Manager of Financial Planning – Bendigo /Adelaide Bank. Prior to that, Johns has held various management roles with ING/OnePath, Genesys and AMP.

Commenting on the role, Managing Director Grant O’Riley stated that “Jaime brings a wealth of industry knowledge that is integral to our Practices ongoing development. Her extensive experience will provide valuable insights for our businesses operating environment, especially as our industry continues to evolve”.

In addition, Ms Johns will oversee Capstone’s distribution growth phase, which will see the group extend its extensive services and support to the Accounting marketplace. Ms Johns stated “that as a leading independently owned licensee, we have an ideal business model for the Accounting world and we will continue to explore new business opportunities that complement the Capstone model”.

Now in its tenth year of operation, Capstone remains focused on providing value added support to our practices, while continuing to monitor the support levels from a head office perspective.
