                                    <description><![CDATA[<p>To help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) initiatives and compliance requirements, the Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), a New Zealand financial institution and subsidiary of the National Australia Bank Group, has implemented Oracle’s Financial Services Financial Crime and Compliance Management suite. </p>
<p>The unified surveillance and compliance platform enables BNZ to gain visibility of the entire enterprise into potential fraudulent activities, expands detection and analysis capabilities, enhances the efficiency in meeting complex regulatory requirements and assists with managing ongoing compliance costs. </p>
<p>To further enhance the BNZ’s initiatives and compliance efforts, the bank also plans to implement Oracle Financial Services Anti Money Laundering, Oracle Financial Services Know Your Customer, Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Case Management, and Oracle Financial Services Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Analytics, all of which run on the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications platform.</p>
