Resolve Finance has bolstered its Learning and Development team with the appointment of L&D industry expert Rachael McDonald to manage employee broker and franchisee training and support the ongoing development of the Resolve Learning and Development program.

Rachael joins Resolve Finance from the ABN Group where she held a senior change management role. Prior to this she held Learning & Development roles with several Corporates in the financial services industry and public sector.

In her new role Rachael will work with sales and operational teams to ensure Resolve’s high-quality training and accreditation program is delivered to franchisees, their employees and employee brokers.  She will manage Resolve’s team of in-house Broker Mentors to support on-boarding to ensure learning is embedded, and brokers have the capability to run their business successfully.

Resolve Finance has made the appointment to strengthen the training and mentoring capability as the business expands nationwide and evolves its offering.  The business currently has over 100 employees across West Australia, Victoria, and QLD. Its MyResolve franchise model was launched in 2017 and the business has grown to nearly 50 franchisees nationwide.

Rachael joins on 11th April, working from Resolve Finance’s Perth office.
