Wealth Enhancers, Australia’s leading financial advisory firm for Millennials has launched earlier this year the Wealth Enhancers Coaching Academy (WECA), a 3-day intensive face-to-face program created for financial advisers who want to excel in advising Millennials along with scaling their own business. The course is led by Wealth Enhancers co-founder and Chief Investment Officer Finn Kelly.

Since its launch, Wealth Enhancers Coaching Academy has already had 2 very successful editions, with the next one taking place between 26-28 October 2018.

The course covers important topics such as advice strategies for Millennials, the difference between coaching and advising, how to provide ongoing value to clients, sourcing members and compliance.
