With over a decade of experience in financial services, Mr. Santos has built a reputation as a trusted partner within the advice community working closely with private wealth firms, brokers, consultants and some of Australia’s best independent advice firms.

Santos’ previous roles at Pengana Capital Group, Russell Investments and AMP have equipped him with the skills to connect investment managers to the highly tailored investment strategies for private wealth and grow the scalable solutions required for wholesale and retail channels. His experience will enhance Natixis IM’s capacity to leverage the independent thinking of its multi-affiliate model and diverse range of strategies in the Australian market.

The current wholesale solutions from Natixis IM include the Loomis Sayles Global Equity and Global Bond Funds, the Vaughan Nelson Global Equity SMID Fund, and in Australian Equities, all of the IML Funds.

This role will be responsible for managing relationships with Queensland and Northern Territory advisers.

Mr Santos joins Pengana from Russell Investments, where he was Regional Manager, Queensland. Prior to that he was a Key Account Manager at Affinia Financial Advisers, and Senior Client Development Manager at AIA Australia.

Mr Santos holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning, and Diploma of Financial Services from Kaplan Professional.

Mr Santos will be based in Pengana’s Brisbane office.
