T. Rowe Price, a leading global asset manager with US$1.79 trillion asset under management[1], has announced the promotion of Cassandra Crowe to Head of Institutional Distribution for Australia and New Zealand, as well as Head of Consultant Relations for Asia Pacific. This appointment comes as the firm continues to deepen engagements with institutional investors in the markets with tailored solutions and dedicated expertise.

Crowe, based in Sydney, joined T. Rowe Price in 2019 and has served as Head of Consultant Relations for Asia Pacific since January 2025. In her expanded role, effective January 2026, she will lead a team of institutional client-focused professionals to further enhance client partnerships and develop new relationships in Australia and New Zealand. She will also retain her current responsibilities to continue to lead T. Rowe Price’s collaboration with the consulting community across its range of leading investment strategies in Asia Pacific.

Crowe is a member of T. Rowe Price’s Asia Pacific Distribution Leadership team. She also holds industry leadership roles as an executive founding director of the Bloomberg Women’s Buy Side Network for Australia and New Zealand, and as co-Chair of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Society Australia Member Council.

Crowe, currently Sydney-based Head of Consultant Relations for Australia and New Zealand, will assume her new role from Sydney at the start of next year. In addition to her current responsibilities, she will join the Asia Pacific Distribution Leadership team and provide coverage across consultants for the Asia Pacific. Crowe is supported by Sydney-based Alycia Vassallo, who joined as Senior Consultant Relations Manager last December.

Based in Sydney, Crowe will work closely with the firm’s business development and investment teams to enhance engagement with consultants, researchers, platforms and advocacy groups that underpin the retail and institutional markets of Australia and New Zealand. She reports to London-based Nick Slater, Head of EMEA and APAC Consultant Relations.

 Crowe joins from Allianz Retire+ Powered by PIMCO, where she was Head of Consultants and Research. Prior, Crowe worked at NAB Asset Management as Investment Specialist and Research Manager, and at Dimensional Fund Advisors where she was based in London for three years. In 2016, Crowe became a Director and board member of the CFA Society Sydney.

The newly created specialist role is part of T. Rowe Price’s strategy to expand its investment capabilities and investment management services to meet new and changing needs of investors and retirees. The firm has successfully built out products and solutions spanning global equities, Australian equities, fixed income and multi-asset over the last decade, and will continue to introduce new products to the market.
