Craig Francis is stepping into a newly created role of Product Manager and will be responsible for the management and development of Certitude’s product range in conjunction with its partners. Craig will report directly to Certitude’s CEO, Craig Mowll. Francis joins Certitude from ING OnePath where he served as the Senior Manager of Wholesale Product & Communication. He had been with OnePath since 2006; previously held the position of Research Manager at Citibank.

Carlos Mauleon joins Certitude’s Adviser Relationship team as Adviser Relationship Manager where he will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Certitude’s relationships with its investors and Financial Advisers. Previously, Mauleon served as a Business Development Associate at AMP following a position as the Lead Management Consultant at ING Australia.

Colleen Watts will fill the role of Marketing and Communications Manager and will report directly to CEO Craig Mowll. Watts joins Certitude from WestPac Institutional Bank where she served as Associate Director of Marketing. Previously, Watts worked in the UK as Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Financial Risk Management (FRM), a leading fund of hedge funds firm where she managed FRM’s global marketing and communications team.
