Leading SMSF administration, software and training provider, SuperConcepts, has made senior appointments within their Sales team to further strengthen their Growth division and fill two newly created functions.

Ms Sarah Pressler joins the company as National Manager – Key Accounts and Mr Garry Johnston has been promoted to National Manager – Software Sales.

“It’s been a huge year of development for us as we launched the latest iteration of our SMSF software, SuperMate,” General Manager of Growth – Sales and Marketing, Annette Sheppard said.

“We also see increasing opportunity within the Advised space and are confident that Sarah’s breadth of knowledge and experience will strengthen our ability to add value to the industry.”

Ms Pressler will have oversight over key accounts as well as SMSF sales in WA and SA.

Her deep commercial insight stems from her experience working with organisations across a variety of industries to find solutions to increase profitability.

Ms Pressler looks forward to leveraging her existing relationships from her time working in the advised channel with AMP and hopes to build deeper connections with large licensees across the industry.

“SuperConcepts’ refreshed service offering complements the needs of advisers, allows them to diversify their client base, and provides an SMSF model that satisfies the flexibility their clients now desire,” she said.

“I’ll be working closely with national key accounts in need of an SMSF partner to reduce compliance load and risk in their organization.”

Mr Johnston, a qualified accountant, previously acted as State Manager Sales for QLD.

“It was a natural progression for us to appoint someone to own software sales and Garry’s experience as an SMSF software user allows him to really understand the needs of SuperMate clients,” Ms Sheppard said.

“It’s pivotal for us to not only embrace the momentum we’re seeing but provide support to the opportunity and I’m confident that Sarah and Garry will do just that.”

The new-look feature rich SMSF software, SuperMate – bought to you by leading SMSF administration, software and training provider, SuperConcepts – has officially been released.

Launched last Wednesday during an online event, CTO Andy Forbes demonstrated processing a fund end-to-end in under 25 minutes.

SuperMate users will have access to powerful automation and time-saving features including the highly anticipated document extraction tool, DataHero^TM, which provides enhanced transaction automation.

BDO Australia National Superannuation Lead, Paul Rafton, said in an onscreen testimonial, “The drag and drop feature will allow staff to be much more efficient with fewer key-strokes on the keyboard and allows them to get on with their job much more quickly.”

The new iteration of SuperMate is only the initial stake in the ground for SuperConcepts with much more to come over the coming months.
