James King

Australian real estate fund manager, Altis Property Partners (“Altis”) has appointed director James King to its Sydney office to support its real estate investment strategies and capital raising initiatives. James will be responsible for the key functions of capital raising, investor relations, and product development across the Altis platform.

James joins Altis from his previous role as Director Head of Investor Relations at Qualitas where he serviced global institutional investors, private wealth groups, and family offices. James brings a fresh perspective and depth of experience to Altis with over 15 years’ experience in global and domestic markets including equity and debt investment management and capital roles in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East.

Altis’s Executive Director Investment Management, Paul Notaras says: “James has terrific experience and is a well-regarded individual within the institutional, wealth advisory, and high net worth real estate investor space.
