Joe Cheika

Ten Cap has appointed Joe Cheika to the newly-created role of head of distribution, effective 11 May 2026.

Cheika will be based in Sydney and will report to Ten Cap CEO, Jason Todd. He will

lead the firm’s distribution function, working closely with existing and prospective clients to drive growth across adviser, private wealth, and institutional channels.

Prior to joining Ten Cap, he was business development manager, investment sales at Colonial First State, where he was responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing relationships across investment consultants, private wealth, IFA, and semi-institutional markets. He has also held roles at CFS in investment sales, research relationship management and product governance, gaining experience across platforms, product development, and investment oversight.

Todd says: “Joe brings over 13 years of experience in wealth and investment management sales and has a strong track record in investment distribution and a deep understanding of the Australian wealth landscape. His experience across sales leadership, platform strategy, and client relationship management will be instrumental as we expand our flagship fund into new investment channels.”

This appointment follows the launch of Ten Cap’s listed active ETF, TCAP, in November 2025, and reflects the firm’s continued focus on expanding its product offerings and distribution channels.
