Bell Financial Group Limited (ASX:BFG) has announced the launch of Bell Potter Private Wealth (BPPW), a comprehensive wealth management service providing advisers and clients greater visibility, control and flexibility across their investments.

Bell Potter Private Wealth addresses the evolving needs of its advisers, approximately 300,000 clients, and $92.1 billion in funds under advice, by expanding access to a full suite of investment opportunities across asset classes, reducing administrative burden and providing consolidated portfolio insights.

The platform forms part of a major digital transformation for the business, which includes an uplift to its client portal and a mobile app launching at the end of the month and positions Bell Potter for the intergenerational wealth transfer estimated at $5.4 trillion over the next decade.

It comes at a time where Australians are increasingly interested in investment solutions beyond Australian equities, as one in five investors hold alternative investments, such as private equity, real estate, and infrastructure in their portfolios and a further 85% of high networth investors are likely to invest in alternatives over the next 12 months[1].

Arnie Selvarajah, Co-CEO of Bell Financial Group, said, the launch marks a strategic step in Bell Potter’s evolution.

“Bell Potter has evolved beyond a traditional stockbroker to support advisers and investors across the full wealth cycle and across generations. As investor needs become more sophisticated, our approach is centred on providing the tools, access and advice required to meet those needs over the long-term; from wealth building, to wealth preservation and wealth transfer.”

“Managing a complete investment portfolio has traditionally meant navigating multiple platforms, multiple statements, and unecessary complexity that shouldn’t fall on the client. Bell Potter Private Wealth changes that. Clients can access direct equities, private credit, private equity, unlisted funds, and high-profile capital raise opportunities in one place, supported by their trusted adviser and a much bigger toolkit. Our new website and mobile app puts clients in the driver’s seat when it comes to visibility over their wealth. This is what modern wealth management looks like,” said Mr Selvarajah.

Kate Ingwersen, Group Head of Product at Bell Financial Group said the platform simplifies portfolio management and improves transparency:

“Investors today are often managing multiple accounts, asset classes and investment registries, which can make it harder to see the full picture and increases administrative burden. We created Bell Potter Private Wealth to centralise this capability, making it easier for clients and their advisers to understand holistic portfolio performance, manage administration and access broader opportunities across markets. This gives investors peace of mind and flexbility as their circumstances evolve.”

The platform features a digital client portal that provides a live view of portfolio values, access to transaction history, and Bell Potter’s latest investment research. It also streamlines performance and tax reporting, bringing investment expertise, portfolio management, and reporting together in one place.

The service is designed to support a wide range of client structures, including individuals, family offices, trusts, companies, SMSFs and not for profit organisations. By consolidating investments across these structures, it provides a more holistic view of wealth at both an individual and household level.
