Blue Sky Alternative Investments Limited  has opened a new Melbourne office to build on the company’s continued growth in assets under management and investor demand.

Laz Siapantas has been appointed as Blue Sky’s new Key Account Manager and, based in Melbourne, he will be responsible for servicing the increasing demand across key corporate accounts, advisory groups and family offices for alternative assets in both Victoria and South Australia

Mr Siapantas has extensive experience dealing with a wide range of investors, private banks, multi-managers and family offices. He has a great track record in capital raising on behalf of domestic and international asset managers spread across all asset classes with a key focus on alternative investments.

Blue Sky national relationship manager Vaughan Henry said Mr Siapantas was the standout candidate for the new role.

“Laz’s network and experience with alternatives are a huge asset. The time is right to establish a base in Melbourne to meet increasing local demand,” Mr Henry said.
