Apostle Funds Management (Apostle) has appointed Jonas Daly as Head of Distribution, strengthening its national distribution capability as the firm continues to support institutional and wholesale investors across Australia and New Zealand. Jonas will commence on 5th August, while Lisa Walker recently joined the firm as Investor Relations Manager, further enhancing Apostle’s institutional client capability.

The appointments build on the recent announcement of Jeff Peters as Chief Executive Officer and Apostle’s expansion of its global investment offering through its partnership with Triton Partners. These appointments reflect the firm’s continued investment in experienced leadership and distribution capability in support of long-term client relationships across institutional and wholesale markets.

Jonas joins Apostle with more than 30 years’ experience across banking, capital markets and funds management. As Head of Distribution, he will lead Apostle’s national distribution team and oversee the firm’s institutional and wholesale distribution strategy, working closely with clients and partners to support the continued expansion of Apostle’s investment offering.

Before joining Apostle, Jonas spent 11 years at Bennelong Funds Management, most recently as Chief of Distribution and Marketing, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s distribution capability and supporting the growth of its affiliated investment managers. Earlier in his career, Jonas held senior distribution and business development roles with Colonial First State, Commonwealth Bank, BT Funds Management, the Sydney Futures Exchange and the Australian Stock Exchange.

Lisa joins Apostle as Investor Relations Manager, bringing more than 20 years’ experience managing institutional client relationships across leading global and Australian asset managers. She has held senior roles with T. Rowe Price, Yarra Capital Management, Franklin Templeton, GMO Australia and Barclays Global Investors, working with superannuation funds, insurers, asset consultants and family offices across public and private markets.
