Vicki Allen is an experienced non-executive director, with an executive career of over 25 years in the financial services and property investment industries. She provides strong governance expertise across regulated entities and her executive roles included senior strategic, product, operations and advisory roles at The Trust Company, MLC and Lend Lease Corporation.

Lincoln McMahon brings extensive CEO and COO experience, and has held senior roles in asset management, insurance and banking around the globe. Lincoln previously worked as COO at BlackRock, which included a position on the board and CFO responsibilities. Prior to this, Lincoln was CEO at HSBC Insurance and Superannuation, which included a board role in Mexico City.

Recently, Mike Pratt was honoured as a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) in the Queen’s Birthday 2016 Honours List, the highest recognition for outstanding achievement and service to the Australian community.

He was recognised for his significant service to public administration through reforms in customer service and communication, and to the finance and banking industry.

Andrea Waters

As part of its strategic plan for expansion, Bennelong Funds Management has appointed Andrea Waters as a non-executive director.

Andrea will also chair Bennelong’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.

Andrea is a chartered accountant who had an extensive career at KPMG as a financial services audit partner specialising in managed investments and superannuation. Her clients included major publicly listed entities, private companies and boutique fund managers. She was lead partner responsible for a range of financial statement audits, compliance plan audits and other regulatory audits required in the wealth management sector.

Using her extensive experience with audit committees, Andrea is now a professional non-executive director. Her current board appointments include Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Citywide, CareSuper and the Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation. Past board appointments include Cancer Council Victoria.

“Andrea joins us at an exciting time, with growth afoot as we work towards realising the expanding potential of our business.

Craig Bingham

Successful fund manager, Bennelong Funds Management (Bennelong), today announced the appointment of Craig Bingham to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Craig will join Bennelong on 20 October.

With over 25 years’ experience in the industry, Craig is a highly regarded financial services executive with extensive experience in Australian and international markets. He joins Bennelong from Federated Investors Asia Pacific where he was CEO. Prior to that, he was CEO at Portfolio Partners which later became Aviva Investors Asia Pacific, where he was responsible for establishing and developing licensed asset management businesses in Australia, Singapore and China, and expanding Aviva’s presence in Asia and the Middle East. Under Craig’s leadership, he built the strong-performing, award-winning Aviva Investors brand in the Australian market, opened distribution offices in Taiwan, the Middle East and Japan, and created an enviable corporate culture with a strong profit focus.
