Ms. Kelliher will be based in Denver, Colorado and report to Global Chief Operating Officer James (J.R.) Lowry.

Ms. Kelliher comes from Neuberger Berman where she served as Senior Vice President of Client Data Management. In that role she managed a global team responsible for client data. Prior to that she was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division, US Mutual Funds Services.

In her new role, Ms. Kelliher and her team will provide stewardship across the data domains the firm has classified, facilitate consistent documentation of the data, and ensure day-to-day data management runs seamlessly. Her focus will include streamlining master data sources so that data is consistently fed downstream into other applications, and eliminating legacy data platforms to simplify, standardise and modernise data infrastructure.

J.R. Lowry, Global Chief Operating Officer, said of the appointment: “In 2021, we made significant progress laying new foundations for enhanced data management across Janus Henderson. The road ahead is about maturing our data, processes, and systems, and Shoby will be key to those efforts. Her expertise in global data management will help us ensure our data organisation is able to support our firm’s continued growth and innovation.”
