The Financial Planning Association (FPA) is proud to celebrate its 12th consecutive Financial Planning Week (FP Week). FP Week is an annual initiative of the FPA and, this year, will take place on 20-26 August.
During FP Week, Australia’s professional financial planning community comes together to encourage, educate and empower Australians to discover the positive difference that financial advice and planning can make in everyone’s lives.
Financial planners across the country will take part in national and regional initiatives to raise awareness about financial planning, including an interactive online forum known as ‘Ask an Expert.’ This online service will enable Australians to put their questions to FPA member professionals and receive information that can steer them towards a more secure financial future.
FP Week will also see the relaunch of the website, real-life story video clips that bring to life the importance of good financial advice, and new consumer guides explaining financial advice in plain English.
