Leading international investment manager Threadneedle Investments has confirmed that, effective 1 March 2013, Campbell Fleming will become Chief Executive Officer and Crispin Henderson will become Vice Chairman of Global Asset Management for Ameriprise Financial, the parent company of Threadneedle.
In their new roles, both Mr Fleming and Mr Henderson will report to Ted Truscott, CEO of Global Asset Management for Ameriprise.
Threadneedle announced the CEO succession, subject to FSA approval, on 12 December 2012.
