Mr Rogan joins Gowings with more than 20 years’ experience in the funds management business having most recently served as the General Manager of the Investment Bond business at Centuria Capital Limited.
In tandem, GOW advises that Mr Garth Grundy has stepped down from his role as Company Secretary and General Manager of Gowings to pursue other opportunities.
Mr Grundy will continue to consult to GOW on a transitional basis, as required. Mr Grundy had been with GOW for over 12 years and accordingly the Board thanks him for his significant contribution during his tenure and wishes him every success in the future.
Belinda Flatters, the existing Company Secretary will continue in her role as Company Secretary of GOW and the person nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX regarding Listing Rule matters.
