The Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) named Dugald Mitchell as the recipient of the Michael Murphy Award (the Award) at the 2018 AFA National Adviser Conference on the Gold Coast.
The Award, named in honour of the late Michael Murphy who was its inaugural recipient in 2009, recognises an individual who has provided exceptional service to the AFA and the advice profession. It is the highest honour which can be bestowed on an AFA member.
AFA National President, Marc Bineham said, “Dugald is a stalwart of the AFA community and has provided exceptional service to the AFA over many years. Presenting him with the Michael Murphy is our way of thanking him for his valuable contribution to the AFA and to the broader financial advice community.”
