Naomi Holmes
Alteris Financial Group is proud to announce two new additions to its leadership team. Based in the company’s Sydney office, Simon Donohoe and Naomi Holmes bring a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to the Group.
Both highly respected within the industry, Simon and Naomi will expand the company’s capabilities which will, in turn, allow Alteris clients to benefit from their expertise.
Simon Donohoe joins the Group as Head of Distribution. A high-achieving financial services executive, Simon brings his experience in wholesale and retail markets to the firm. Simon’s strong networks within financial intermediaries and wholesale investors will allow him to collaborate successfully with other like-minded advice firms seeking to provide investment solutions to clients with a difference. Prior to joining Alteris, Simon was a Director and Head of Wealth Distribution NAB Markets and prior to NAB, he held executive positions with family offices, Australian REIT managers and other major institutions including 360 Capital, BT Financial Group and Westpac.
Naomi Holmes is Alteris Financial Group’s Head of Wealth and Accounting, having previously held positions with AMP, ANZ and Westpac. Naomi brings her skills in leadership, people and culture, business strategy, sales, relationship management, risk management and business development to expand Alteris’ capabilities within these areas and provide guidance and expertise to her team. In addition to her years of experience in the industry, Naomi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Alteris has a clear growth trajectory in place, creating expansion through acquisition along the eastern seaboard. The Executive and Leadership Team, now with additional expertise from Naomi and Simon, will support and take the business through this next phase of growth.
