The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) is proud to announce our inclusion in the Future Skills Framework for the Malaysian Financial Sector.

The Future Skills Framework (FSF) is a joint upskilling initiative created in collaboration with The Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB), Islamic Banking and Financial Institute Malaysia (IBFIM) and the Malaysian Insurance Institute (MII), to develop talent within the financial sector.

The FSF was created to future-proof the financial sector by ensuring industry professionals have the necessary skills to thrive in the sector’s rapidly evolving environment. This is achieved by focusing on capacity building programs and continuous learning to bridge talent gaps and foster resilience within the industry.

ANZIIF is featured in the FSF as a Capacity-Building Provider for Skill Development, providing industry-endorsed qualifications and skills units to insurance professionals throughout Malaysia.

“It is an honour to be part of the solution to upskill insurance professionals alongside prestigious Malaysian institutes. ANZIIF is committed to increasing insurance professionals’ competency, knowledge and skills”, states ANZIIF CEO, Katrina Shanks.

The FSF initiative aligns with ANZIIF’s commitment to lifelong learning and the enhancement of professional standards in the industry.

ANZIIF’s inclusion underscores our dedication to providing industry professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to succeed in the dynamic financial and insurance sectors.
