Integro appoints Marilyn Hearne as Operations Manager and suite of new hires as national expansion continues

Marilyn Hearne

Integro Private Wealth has appointed Marilyn Hearne as Operations Manager, as the firm continues to expand nationally and strengthen its internal capabilities to support a growing client base.

The firm has also appointed two new senior technical associates, a team leader covering both client service associates and paraplanning, as well as a new intake of interns as part of the Integro Academy program.

These appointments bolster the firm’s capabilities and reach amid its ongoing national expansion, having this year commenced the process of building out teams on the ground along the east coast, including Sydney and Melbourne.

Hearne brings more than three decades of experience across banking, finance, accounting and operations, with a strong background in governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement. She will play a key role in supporting Integro’s service delivery and internal processes as the firm continues to scale.

Justin Gilmour, Managing Partner of Integro Private Wealth, said Hearne’s appointment reinforces the firm’s focus on building a high-quality operational foundation to support its national growth strategy.

“As Integro continues to expand nationally, it is critical that we continue to strengthen our internal capabilities to ensure we are delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for our clients,” Mr Gilmour said.

“Marilyn brings a wealth of operational expertise across governance, compliance and client service, which will be invaluable as the business continues to grow and evolve.”

Mr Gilmour added that Hearne’s appointment is part of a broader suite of new hires across all levels of the firm to meet their growing client demand.

“We are seeing strong client growth from an increasing number of Australians wanting access to more sophisticated investment opportunities and financial advice that’s backed by detailed analytics. These new appointments, led by Marilyn, will allow us to cater for this growing demand.”

Hearne joins Integro from Central Desert Native Title Services, where she most recently held a senior client services leadership role, overseeing team management, strategy execution and service delivery. She was previously Operations Manager, Native Title at Perpetual Limited, where she was responsible for governance and compliance oversight across the national business.

Hearne said she is excited to join a growing business focused on delivering high-quality advice and tailored outcomes for clients.

“Integro has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised financial advice and maintaining a client-first approach. I’m looking forward to contributing to the firm’s continued national growth by helping develop strong operational processes to ensure clients receive a consistently high level of service,” Ms Hearne said.

Hearne commenced in her role yesterday, Monday 06 July 2026.
