Multi award winning wealth management businesses, Infocus Wealth Management has announced the appointment of Terry Constable as Executive General Manager, Platforms.
The appointment strengthens Infocus’ executive team and supports the continued growth of its platform infrastructure, superannuation and wealth management capabilities as the business enters its next phase of expansion.
Terry joins Infocus with more than 16 years’ experience across wealth management, superannuation, platform distribution and strategic partnerships. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Acclaim Wealth, overseeing a superannuation and platform business supporting more than 15,000 clients and a broad national adviser community.
Throughout his career, Terry has built a reputation for delivering large-scale business transformation, operational improvement and commercial growth. His experience includes leading major administration and platform migrations, driving operational excellence, establishing strategic partnerships and strengthening adviser engagement during periods of significant volatility and change.

Prior to becoming CEO, Terry held a range of senior leadership positions at Acclaim Wealth, including Head of Distribution and Partnerships, where he led adviser growth initiatives and strategic partnerships that contributed significantly to funds under administration growth and expansion of adviser engagement. Earlier in his career, Terry worked across business development, adviser services and financial advice roles, giving him deep insight into adviser needs and operational excellence.
Terry’s appointment follows a period of sustained growth and strategic investment for Infocus as the business continues to expand its advice, platform and technology and investment solutions capabilities in support of financial advisers across Australia.
