Integro Private Wealth (Integro) has announced its merger with Western Australian advice firm Coastline Private Wealth, strengthening its presence across WA and creating a specialist risk division within its broader suite of wealth management solutions.
The merger brings together two like-minded businesses with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised financial advice and building long-term relationships with clients while accessing the benefits of broader scale.
It also supports Integro’s broader growth strategy, expanding its presence across Australia while deepening its capability to deliver integrated advice and relationships with professional services partners.
Justin Gilmour, Managing Partner at Integro Private Wealth, said the merger brings together two quality, high-performing businesses to increase their scale and offer new opportunities to clients.
“Coastline has built a strong business with a clear focus on its clients and the communities it serves. There is already significant value in what the Coastline team has created, and our role is to amplify it,” Mr Gilmour said.
“While many firms are stepping back from risk advice, we see a real opportunity to invest in and expand this capability. Risk advice remains an important part of a holistic wealth strategy, and the addition of Coastline’s expertise will allow us to strengthen our offering and provide greater support to clients across this area.”
As part of the merger, Coastline Private Wealth Directors Alastair Fink and Joel Sharp will join Integro, along with their team, ensuring continuity for existing clients while giving the team access to Integro’s broader resources and capabilities.
Alastair Fink, Director at Coastline Private Wealth, said this is an exciting next step for the business and its clients.
“We have always been focused on providing the best possible service for our clients and building a sustainable business for the long term. Integro shares that philosophy, which made this a natural fit for us,” Mr Fink said.
“Joining forces gives us the opportunity to retain the things that have made Coastline successful, while providing our clients and team with access to greater resources, expertise and opportunities. It’s about building on what we have already achieved, not starting again,” Mr Fink said.
Joel Sharp, Director at Coastline Private Wealth, said the merger would create greater opportunities for the Coastline team while maintaining the personal relationships that underpin the business.
“For our team, this opens more opportunities to collaborate, develop and broaden what we can offer clients. We believe we are stronger together and that this will ultimately deliver a better proposition for our clients,” Mr Sharp said.
As part of the merger, Integro will now have a specialist risk division within its broader suite of wealth management solutions, to ensure clients are ready and agile for the challenges that lie ahead, including regulatory changes.
“We offer a holistic suite of wealth management solutions, and having a dedicated risk advice division will further support our growth in that area. Coastline Private Wealth has always been strong in this area, and the merger will mean their industry leading expertise is available to all Integro clients,” Mr Gilmour said.
The Coastline Private Wealth team will move into the Integro offices from 1 November 2026.
