In welcoming Ken Blayney back to the dealer group, Peter Daly said he was one of AFS Group’s most successful Regional Managers and the organisation’s West Australian and South Australian based advisers and practice managers have warmly welcomed his return.

Although he fills the position recently made vacant by the AFS Group’s appointment of Meaghan Unsworth to the newly created role of Head of Strategic Development, Peter Daly said Richard Liverpool’s extensive industry and business experience will be utilised in a dual regional and national capacity.

Prior to joining AFS Group, Richard was a senior consultant with the Financial Recruitment Group (FRG) utilising his vast experience and networks to promote FRG’s services and generate business opportunities. Business coaching, mentoring, personal and practice development / improvement and the implementation of long term strategic growth plans that deliver measurable results and success have been Richard’s strengths that were much sought after in previous senior roles he held with AMP Financial Planning, Asgard Wealth Solutions, ING Australia and Bridges Financial Services.

Commenting on the new appointment, Peter Daly said, “Richard would have a dual role with AFS Group utilising his highly regarded industry and business strengths as Regional Manager – but he will also lead the dealer group’s FoFA Ready program to ensure all practices are FoFA ready and able by May 31, 2012.”

Richard will be based in Sydney and will be responsible for the AFS Group’s business and recruiting growth in NSW & ACT.
