AFS Group Announces Appointment of Jim Ivester, Regional Manager WA & SA

Australian Financial Services Group Limited’s (AFS Group) Group CEO and Managing Director Peter Daly, has announced the appointment of Jim Ivester to the role of Regional Manager for Western Australia and South Australia.


 Commenting on the new appointment, Peter Daly said Jim Ivester has an outstanding financial services industry background and insight with an excellent record in the profitable and sustainable growth of financial advisory businesses through strategic planning and focused practice development.

 Prior to joining the AFS Group, Jim was the Business Partnership Manager forAMP Financial Planning in Perth and before that he had senior practice development roles for a number of dealerships including Godfrey Pembroke, Apogee and Garvan.

 “Jim Ivester’s extensive financial services experience in all aspects of practice development and improvement will ensure that AFS Group’s WA and SA based practices and advisers receive individualised tailored solutions and support to underpin their operational and business growth objectives,” said Peter Daly.

 “Most importantly, Jim’s appointment reflects the AFS Group’s commitment and determination to provide service and support at a local and accessible level.”

 Jim Ivester said he joined the AFS Group because of the dealer group’s great industry reputation and profile that is reflected in the company’s ‘Adviser Owned Adviser Driven’ slogan.
