Ms Zadow brings a deep experience and a proven track record in the professional services sector. With a strong background in strategy and business growth, including leadership roles across legal, advisory and not-for-profit sectors, Ms Zadow is well-positioned to lead Nexia Sydney through its next chapter of expansion and innovation.

Ms Zadow is a Non-Executive Director of Morrison Low Holdings, WT Partnership and Barnardos Australia, and serves as Chair of Law Partners.

Outgoing Chair Stephen Purcell, who was the first independent Chair appointed by Nexia Sydney, welcomed Ms Zadow’s appointment.

Following a competitive process, The Fold has been appointed as Perpetual Private’s partner in offering accountants a licensing solution ahead of the impending removal of the Accountants’ Exemption for advice on Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs). This partnership builds on The Fold’s long history of helping financial services businesses to obtain and maintain their AFS licences.
