intelliflo, the global cloud-based technology solution for financial advisers, has released new business intelligence dashboards to their Australian financial advice practices, providing advisers with tools to solve data quality and workflow management challenges.

Powered by Amazon Quicksight, these dashboards are part of a suite of more than 10 interfaces in development at intelliflo, with the pipeline of updates driven by live feedback from advisers across its Australian operations.

The first new dashboard enables a practice to manage gaps in client data, consolidating information to identify where deficiencies exist and empowering advisers to complete missing data from practice records. With client retention and targeted growth vital for Australian practices, accurate data is essential to retain and secure ideal clients, create targeted communications, and ensure potential future issues are avoided.

Separately, workflow dashboards allows a practice to analyse the movement of work through the business, identifying where bottlenecks may exist, or where there is low activity in pipeline development. Understanding where delays may occur enables a practice to deploy resources to streamline their workflow and accelerate the movement of a client through onboarding and servicing processes.

Stephen Wirth, Product Strategy Lead at intelliflo Australia, said intelliflo is committed to developing cohesive and intuitive solutions for financial advisers that focus not only on the advice journey, but the refinement of the entire back-office systems.

“As Australian financial advisers continue to navigate a challenging operating environment, we are focused on helping them continually improve their entire business, to drive efficiencies and improvement of the practice at every available opportunity,” he said.

“Clarity on the health of a business’ data and a top-down view of workflow are vital to the sustainment and growth of an advice practice, and we are pleased to have these in market for customers, with more products in development to continue helping advisers run the most efficient and effective advice businesses.”

intelliflo’s principal product offering, intelliflo office, is an industry-leading business management system designed for financial advice firms of all sizes. It streamlines the entire advice process, giving advisers valuable time back to focus on building better outcomes and client relationships.

intelliflo, the global cloud-based technology solution for financial advisers, has launched comprehensive cashflow modelling for self-managed super funds (SMSFs) within its intelliflo office financial advice software.

This update includes detailed cashflow inputs, projections, and outputs within intelliflo’s cashflow modelling for clients who have SMSFs, or who are considering establishing an SMSF. It provides scenario creation capability that enables advisers to create a model of an SMSF, underpinned by all legislative and tax requirements, to illustrate what outcomes can be achieved around potential SMSF use.

This is the first in a series of planned enhancements to the intelliflo office suite aimed at facilitating detailed projections and real-time scenario modelling for multi-entity advice and clients with SMSFs, family or discretionary trusts, corporate entities, and more.

Stephen Wirth, Product Strategy Lead at intelliflo Australia, said intelliflo is committed to ensuring cohesive and intuitive solutions for financial advisers who are providing SMSF advice to clients, as the sector continues to grow with more than 600,000 funds managing close to $890 billion in assets.

“SMSFs can include a variety of inputs – including properties, physical assets, investments, liabilities, and expenses – all of which can now be included in detailed projections and better personalised advice for clients by advisers taking a deeper dive into SMSFs and conducting ‘cashflow within cashflow’ reviews,” he said.

“Supporting advisers who are managing clients with more sophisticated multi-entity advice needs is a priority for us, to help our customers ensure the overall end-to-end advice journey from client onboarding to advice presentation is integrated, intuitive, and innovative,” Wirth said.

The SMSF modelling announcement follows the news that intelliflo has deepened its integrations with leading research providers Product Rex and Omnium.

intelliflo’s principal product offering, intelliflo office, is an industry-leading business management system designed for financial advice firms of all sizes.
