intelliflo releases new Amazon dashboards to solve data and workflow challenges for advisers

intelliflo, the global cloud-based technology solution for financial advisers, has released new business intelligence dashboards to their Australian financial advice practices, providing advisers with tools to solve data quality and workflow management challenges.

Powered by Amazon Quicksight, these dashboards are part of a suite of more than 10 interfaces in development at intelliflo, with the pipeline of updates driven by live feedback from advisers across its Australian operations.

The first new dashboard enables a practice to manage gaps in client data, consolidating information to identify where deficiencies exist and empowering advisers to complete missing data from practice records. With client retention and targeted growth vital for Australian practices, accurate data is essential to retain and secure ideal clients, create targeted communications, and ensure potential future issues are avoided.

Separately, workflow dashboards allows a practice to analyse the movement of work through the business, identifying where bottlenecks may exist, or where there is low activity in pipeline development. Understanding where delays may occur enables a practice to deploy resources to streamline their workflow and accelerate the movement of a client through onboarding and servicing processes.
