Ms Lee and Mr Swann will be working to expand upon the research already undertaken by SuperFriend and enhance the scope of mental health and wellbeing insights across Australian workplaces.
SuperFriend CEO, Margo Lydon, said: “We are delighted to welcome Renada and Jamie on board. They bring a wealth of experience which really builds on the work we’ve been doing with our Partners to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing within Australian workplaces and develop interventions that create genuine change.”

Both Renada and Jamie will be bringing their insights to SuperFriend’s annual Indicators of a Thriving Workplace (ITW) research, with sector profile reports due to be released throughout 2019.
