Standard & Poor’s Fund Services today stated that its rating on the Barclays Corals Commodity Fund is unaffected by Barclays’s proposed change of responsible entity from Aurora Funds Management to Celsius Investments Australia Ltd.
Unit holders within the fund have been notified of the proposed change and a unit holder vote scheduled for November 25, 2011.
Celsius is an Australian incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of Barclays Bank. Barclays acts as the investment adviser to Celsius through Barclays Capital Funds Solutions (BCSF). BCSF will continue to operate the strategy if Celsius is appointed as responsible entity.
