The award winning[1] online interfaces offered by HUB24 have been refreshed to provide an even better experience for advisers and clients, and provide full functionality on most mobile devices.

“Our InvestorHUB and AdviserHUB portals are now fully compatible and optimised across all popular mobile phones and tablets” says HUB24 CEO Andrew Alcock.

“We’ve made the software substantially more intuitive, and also delivered our new online inquiry and help functionality called SupportHUB where advisers can view requests, track the progress of applications and source an online knowledge base”.

The release of these new interfaces arrives following the recent award for the Best Tablet/ Smartphone Access in the Investment Trends 2014 Platform Benchmarking Report, and once again demonstrates HUB24 is committed to continued development and improved client experience.

“Our business has been growing very quickly and with current trends we are rapidly heading towards $2bn of funds under administration.  At the same time we continue to develop new functionality and this latest release confirms we’re right on track” said Andrew.

Global statistics have shown that use of mobile devices to access the internet over the past 2 years has doubled, and recent local planner research[2] has shown 44% of planners intend to use tablets in their business. HUB24’s latest development is designed to meet that demand, and support the company’s functional leadership in key areas such as managed account delivery.

“It’s fine to have a great platform with all sorts of innovative investment options but it’s even better if advisers can generate reports and execute transactions anywhere, anytime.”

Andrew added “The strong support we’re receiving from the market over the past 18 months is due to our leading product and service offering for independently minded advisers and licensees.

We’ll continue to invest in our platform and we believe our technology is the best way of managing the dual challenges of scale and functional superiority.  This latest development underscores that fact.”
