Mayfair 101 appoints new CFO, senior finance executive Michael Divens

Australian-founded, London-based investment and corporate advisory group Mayfair 101 has announced the appointment of Michael Divens as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr Divens is a senior financial executive with over 15 years’ experience as a Chief Financial Officer in the funds management, professional services and financial services sectors.

A chartered accountant by training, Michael began his career in Scotland with one of the big four accounting firms, EY, before moving to finance roles in the health and education sectors. After moving to Australia in 2001, Michael’s career progressed into a senior financial management role at another big four firm, KPMG.

Prior to joining Mayfair 101, Michael was Chief Financial Officer at River Capital, a leading Melbourne-based funds manager.
