Panelist announced for upcoming ANZIIF Diversity and Inclusion Seminar

The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has announced its first panelist for the upcoming Diversity and Inclusion event, Edyta Torpy, Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion at Allianz Australia.

The event will bring together industry leaders and diversity advocates to discuss the importance of creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace in the insurance and finance industry.

“The ANZIIF Diversity and Inclusion Seminar is a great opportunity to bring together people who are focused on creating cultures of inclusion and belonging, and are committed to making a difference for our people and our customers,” says Torpy.

Torpy observes that there is still a long way to go for gender parity and an even longer way to go when it comes to cultural diversity and proportional representation from disabled, LGBTIQ+ and Indigenous Australians.

The Seminar will be a great place to hear from a diverse panel, engage in insightful discussions and share best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion, with the aim of creating a more welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
