ANZIIF New Zealand business breakfast panelist discusses climate agenda

Neil Cousins
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) is delighted to announce the panellists for ANZIIF’s New Zealand Business Breakfast.
This assembly of experts and leaders promises a dynamic exchange of ideas and solutions.
Among this cohort, is Neil Cousins, CEO of Steadfast New Zealand, who is set to contribute his insights into the intricate climate issues confronting the industry.
“Emerging risk is a very important area for all insurers, but we already know about the biggest risk we face as a species,” says Cousins.
He calls for the industry’s concerted effort to address change and mitigate hazards from inadequately constructed housing in vulnerable regions.
Taking place on 14 September at Cordis, Auckland, as well as streamed live online, the panel discussion will include a diverse range of views from industry experts, providing attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges ahead for the New Zealand Insurance Industry.
