Zenith Investment Partners has reaffirmed its confidence in ClearBridge’s infrastructure strategies, maintaining its ‘Highly Recommended’ rating across all four global infrastructure funds:

  • ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Value Fund (Hedged)
  • ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Value Fund
  • ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund (Hedged)
  • ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund

“We are very pleased to receive this continued recognition of our investment capabilities in the infrastructure asset class,” said Nathan Ahboo, Head of Australian Intermediary Sales, at ClearBridge Investments.

Zenith’s assessment reflects ClearBridge’s robust investment process, deep sector expertise, and commitment to ESG integration.

The ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Value Fund invests in 30–60 listed infrastructure securities across global markets, providing investors with diversified exposure to essential infrastructure assets. The Hedged version actively manages currency risk by hedging foreign currency exposure back to Australian dollars.

“ClearBridge’s well-established investment process, which encompasses continued development and integration of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors underpins Zenith’s strong conviction in the fund. In addition, our view of the highly experienced investment team positions this fund as one of the strongest in the peer group,” Zenith said in its product assessment.

The ClearBridge Global Infrastructure Income Fund offers income-focused exposure to global infrastructure sectors, targeting stable and reliable income. Zenith commended the strategy’s distinctive income-oriented approach, recognising it as a highly attractive option in the sector.

All four funds are managed by ClearBridge’s dedicated 12-member specialist team, led by Senior Portfolio Managers Shane Hurst and Charles Hamieh. The ratings agency also commended ClearBridge’s succession planning efforts for “navigating intergenerational change while maintaining the continuity of decision making across the portfolios.”.

“These reaffirmed research ratings come at an exciting time, following the recent launch of three of these strategies as actively managed Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) on the ASX*. This development enhances access and flexibility for investors seeking exposure to our highly rated infrastructure capabilities,” Ahboo added.
