Integro Private Wealth (Integro) has announced their merger with Bunbury based advice firm, Lighthouse Capital Southwest, marking a significant milestone in the firm’s strategy to expand access to high-quality, professional financial advice across Australia.

The merger significantly enhances Integro’s footprint in regional Southwest Western Australia, establishing a dedicated Bunbury based team to deliver stronger, more accessible support to clients across this region.

It also further supports Integro’s growth journey and strategic objectives, with a focus on expanding the firm’s presence across Australia and deepening their capability to support professional partners through integrated advice solutions.

Justin Gilmour, Managing Partner at Integro Private Wealth, said the firm will continue to look at opportunities to grow the business, through both referral partnerships and the further acquisition of existing advice practices nationwide.

As part of the merger, highly experienced financial adviser Travis Edwards joins Integro, bringing with him extensive regional knowledge and a long-standing connection to the Bunbury and Southwest communities. Travis joins as a Partner and Private Wealth Adviser at Integro. He will be joined by his experienced team which will provide continuity, ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted, high-quality service for clients.

Integro will now have a dedicated financial advice team operating from a new Bunbury office, enhancing existing relationships, including Integro’s trusted partnership with AMD Chartered Accountants enhancing the client value proposition by providing convenient, locally delivered financial advice.
