Chester strengthens investment team with appointment of Katherine Holyoake

Australian equities fund manager Chester Asset Management (Chester) has appointed Katherine Holyoake as Investment Analyst within its Melbourne investment team, effective August 2026. Based in Melbourne, she will report to Managing Director and Portfolio Manager Rob Tucker.
Ms Holyoake joins Chester from Cooper Investors, where she was an Investment Analyst covering the technology, healthcare and consumer sectors. Her experience includes fundamental company research, financial modelling, valuation and engagement with company management teams to support high-conviction investment decisions.
Prior to Cooper Investors, Ms Holyoake held roles in Corporate Strategy at The Walt Disney Company and Management Consulting at KPMG, advising organisations on strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvement.
Speaking on the appointment, Chester Managing Director and Portfolio Manager Rob Tucker said Ms Holyoake’s investment experience and analytical approach would further strengthen the firm’s research capability.
