HLB Mann Judd announces four promotions to director
HLB Mann Judd has strengthened its leadership team with the promotion of four managers to director level across the Australasian Association.
The promotions recognise the experience, technical expertise and contribution of David Ravida and Tom Peskett in Melbourne, Hannah Waller in Adelaide, and Gaurav Vasnani in Sydney, and reflect the Association’s continued investment in developing its people and supporting clients through increasingly complex business and financial environments.
Mark Muller, chair of the HLB Mann Judd Association, said the promotions highlight the calibre of talent across the Association.

David Ravida has been with HLB Mann Judd since 2016 where when he joined as a senior accountant. Part of the Business Advisory division in Melbourne, he works closely with professional services firms, family businesses and their associated family groups, providing trusted advice on taxation, business and group restructures, asset protection, succession planning and estate administration.
Tom Peskett joined HLB Mann Judd in 2021 and is part of Melbourne’s Tax Consulting division. He specialises in providing strategic tax advice to privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs and investors across all stages of the business lifecycle. He has extensive experience across corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, employee share schemes and international tax.
Hannah Waller joined HLB Mann Judd as a financial adviser in 2023 and has over 19 years’ experience within financial planning, superannuation, and agriculture. Part of the Wealth Management division in Adelaide, Hannah assists clients with wealth creation, risk protection, retirement planning, debt management, self-managed superannuation funds, and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies. Specialising in managing insurance claims and guiding clients through critical financial decisions during challenging life events.
Gaurav Vasnani joined HLB Mann Judd this year and is a part of Sydney’s Corporate Tax division. He has extensive experience across corporate tax advisory and compliance, M&A transactions, tax governance and tax function transformation. He specialises in helping clients strategically navigate Australia’s tax system while supporting growth, governance and operational confidence.
The promotions add to the depth of leadership across HLB Mann Judd’s independent member firms, supporting the Association’s focus on technical capability, client service and sustainable growth.
The HLB Mann Judd network now comprises nine independent member firms located in major cities and regional business centres in Australia and New Zealand.
